How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to a plan. Get onboarded in minutes. Accept your invite, access your personal dashboard, and start submitting requests. Simple “how to” instructions are waiting for you inside.

What do I need to do before my first request?

Not much. When you sign up, we’ll ask you a few basics: your name, company, what problems you’re trying to solve. That’s it. You don’t need technical specs or detailed documentation yet. We’ll ask clarifying questions once you submit your first request.

How long does the onboarding process take?

Seriously fast. You can be set up and ready to make your first request in under 10 minutes. The subscription takes a minute, the dashboard setup is automatic, and you’re good to go.

Do I need to schedule an onboarding call?

Nope. Everything happens asynchronously through the dashboard. If you want to hop on a call to talk through your strategy, we can do that, but it’s optional. Most people prefer the speed of just getting started.
