Who is your ideal customer?

My ideal client is an early-stage SMB B2C company, brand in the Fitness Healthcare Technology sector. They are typically in the process of growing their business, ideally with a strong focus on digital transformation and well-being.

How will your services benefit my business?

I offer over 20 years of experience in management and creative industries, combined with digital marketing and agile leadership. I provide clear, inspiring, and practical advice for businesses that are at a crossroads in their journey.

How many clients do you work with?

I keep my advisory business relatively small, typically no more than 3-4 businesses at a time. This approach ensures personalized service, starting with a discovery call to ensure we're a good fit.

How long does a coaching engagement last?

Most engagements last between 10-12 months, but that is not a requirement. My minimum commitment is for at least three months. I always work with companies and people that I believe will be a good fit long term. My long-term job is to position you and your business to run without my advice.

Do you have a coaching 'system'?

I do not. I believe each relationship requires something very different, tailored to the unique needs of your business. My goal is to listen, learn, and provide context-specific recommendations, rather than generic advice.

How do we start the relationship?

Once we have a discovery session and believe there is a mutual fit, I simply require the first month's payment before getting started. Once the payment is received, we schedule our first strategy session. Check out my coaching service to learn more.
