We try to do so much that we lose track of time.

I treat time like gold.

Knowing how important time is can change how you work and live.

Try this:

  • Think about how you use time

  • Do things that matter most

Think about how you use it because every choice matters.

Be Kind

Being kind opens new doors.

In a world where people only take, giving makes you stand out.

I like to believe kindness brings more kindness.

  • Help without wanting back

  • Share what you know

  • Be happy for others

Try it. Being kind can lead to good things you didn't expect.

Share Your Thoughts

I write every day. It helps me clear my head and build my ideas.

Writing every day helps me find my voice.

Don't Take It Personally

Did someone dislike your product or service?

I’ve been there.

Business stuff isn't about you.

Taking things too personally makes things hard.

Think about it this way:

  • Not worrying saves energy.

  • Learn from feedback

  • Don't let ego get in the way

  • Move on quickly

Health Comes First

That's non-negotiable for me.

Running 3-4 times per week, daily meditations, only healthy food.

You can't do your best work if you're not feeling your best.

Putting your health first means you're ready to chase your dreams.

  • 10,000 steps a day

  • Get enough sleep

  • See the doctor regularly

Say Yes to What Matters

If you can't decide, it's a no.

If you're not super excited, say no.

Saying yes with excitement makes sure you're doing what you love.

Focus on What Works Best

Remember, 20% of what you do makes 80% of the good stuff happen.

Focusing on what works best makes everything easier.

Even small things can make a big difference.

Stick to what works best for you.

  • Find the most important tasks

  • Stop doing what doesn't help

  • Do more of what works

  • Cut everything else

Think Deeply

Quick work only gets you so far.

In a busy world, taking time to think deeply is rare.

Setting aside time to think can lead to awesome ideas.

Do this:

  • Plan time to think

  • Turn off your phone

  • 4 hours of deep work

The best work happens when you're all in.

Be Nice to Yourself

I remind myself daily.

Treat yourself as well as you treat your friends.

The way we talk to ourselves can change everything.

  • Be grateful every day

  • It's okay to make mistakes

  • Be happy about small things

  • Take care of yourself

Loving yourself and staying calm makes everything better.
