Business Customers Only

AdamOne AI subscriptions are offered to business customers and other professional customers acting for business purposes.

The services are not intended for consumers. By subscribing, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes.

Services

AdamOne AI provides AI business transformation, implementation, automation, operational support, and related service work according to the selected subscription plan or any written agreement with the customer.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, AdamOne AI does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, medical advice, or regulated professional services.

AdamOne AI does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, traffic, savings, or other commercial outcomes.

Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and continue until paused or cancelled.

Billing, payment processing, invoices, payment details, tax information, pause, and cancellation can be managed through the customer billing portal where available. Customers may also contact hello@adam-one.com for billing support.

If payment fails, the payment provider may retry the payment. AdamOne AI may suspend or limit service delivery while payment remains overdue.

Taxes and Invoices

Taxes may be added where legally required. The customer is responsible for entering correct business, billing, and tax information during checkout.

Invoices and billing records are generated through the payment provider. Business customers are responsible for checking that their business name, address, and tax information are correct.

If reverse charge or another tax mechanism applies, the customer is responsible for any reporting or payment obligations in their own jurisdiction.

Pause and Cancellation

Customers may pause or cancel their subscription through the customer billing portal where available, or by contacting hello@adam-one.com.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A pause or cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

AdamOne AI may confirm operational details of a pause, including pause start date, resume date, service access during the pause, and billing effect.

Refunds

AdamOne AI subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated on the website, agreed in writing, or required by mandatory law, payments for

AdamOne AI may review refund requests case by case. Any voluntary refund is at AdamOne AI’s discretion and does not create a right to future refunds.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate business, billing, contact, access, and tax information.

The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of materials, data, instructions, accounts, access, and business information provided to AdamOne AI.

The customer must not use AdamOne AI services for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or high-risk purposes.

Intellectual Property

Each party keeps ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, systems, know-how, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the customer may use deliverables created specifically for the customer for the customer’s internal business purposes after payment has been received.

AdamOne AI may reuse general knowledge, skills, workflows, templates, and know-how, provided that confidential customer information is not disclosed.

Confidentiality

Each party must keep confidential non-public business, technical, financial, operational, and strategic information received from the other party and use it only for providing or receiving the service.

Service Changes

AdamOne AI may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, legal, or business reasons.

Liability

AdamOne AI is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

For slight negligence, AdamOne AI is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical damages. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which the customer may regularly rely.

Nothing in these Legal Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the courts responsible for Germany have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Data We Process

We may process:

  • name, business name, billing address, email address, and contact details

  • payment, invoice, billing, tax, and subscription information

  • customer portal and billing-management information

  • service messages, files, instructions, business information, and materials provided by the customer

  • technical website data such as IP address, browser information, device information, log data, and cookie or analytics data where used

Payment card data is processed by the payment provider. AdamOne AI does not store full card numbers.

Purposes

We process personal data to:

  • provide the website and respond to enquiries

  • create, manage, pause, cancel, and support subscriptions

  • process payments, invoices, taxes, refunds, and accounting records

  • provide AdamOne AI services

  • communicate with customers

  • protect the website, payment flow, accounts, and services from misuse or fraud

  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping duties

Legal Bases

Where GDPR applies, the legal bases may include:

  • performance of a contract or steps before entering into a contract

  • compliance with legal obligations

  • legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and documenting the business

  • consent where required, for example for optional cookies or marketing tools

Payment Provider

We use a payment provider for checkout, payment processing, billing, invoices, tax ID collection, customer billing portal, and subscription management.

The payment provider may process payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and authentication data according to its own terms and privacy information.

Recipients

Personal data may be shared with service providers needed to operate the business, including hosting providers, email providers, payment providers, accounting and tax providers, legal advisers, and IT/security providers.

Data may also be shared where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside Germany or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards are used.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Billing, invoice, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the legally required retention periods.

Service and communication data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, unless legal obligations or legitimate interests require longer retention.

Rights

Where GDPR applies, data subjects may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use technically necessary cookies and similar technologies to provide the site.

If analytics, marketing, tracking, embedded media, or non-essential cookies are used, the website should provide a consent mechanism where required.
