Life-Changing Habits: 13 Steps to Personal Success

Transform Your Life: 13 Easy Steps

Hey its Adam

I am writing to you from the kitchen, with calm piano music playing in the background.

As a solopreneur for over 18 years, I know the importance of peak performance. Here are 13 Simple Habits That Changed My Life:

1. Wake up early

Start your day with a clear and focused mind.

I shorten the time between wake up and doing the work.

Back in the day, I had a 10-step morning routine. Now, I wake up and get to work.

2. Read & Listen to Audible

I read every day for at least 20-30 minutes, which adds up to 50+ books every year. Sometimes I read less.

To be honest, I hated reading when I was in school. My curiosity never ends. Nowadays, I enjoy reading and listening to Audible books.

I've been doing this for 4 years and have grown exponentially in terms of business, cash flow, health, and happiness.

Read my book notes: book summaries, my honest thoughts and key insights of the books I've read.

Quick tip on how to start: Learn something new every day by reading books or articles on topics that interest you.

3. Running

I love to be outside in nature

It calms me down

I have learned to focus solely on running

Also it’s healthy

4. Eat Healthy

Good health is easy. Just eat greens. I only eat pure food with as few supplements as possible.

I fuel my body with nutritious foods that provide sustained energy.

I'll also enjoy local food from the market while helping to save the planet.

5. No food until 1 pm

Which helps me stay disciplined with my eating window and gives me sustained energy throughout the day.

I'll enjoy a hours-long brunch with friends sometimes.

But I am shortening my eating window to a 12-hour period.

Give it a try and see if it works for you

Which helps me stay disciplined with my eating window and gives me sustained energy throughout the day.

6. Get enough sleep

Rest and recharge your body and mind for optimal performance.

7. Gratitude

Practicing gratitude helps me appreciate the good things in my life and focus on the positive.

It's easy. Simply write down 3 things you're grateful for each day.

Try it now

8. Writing

My mind races a million miles per hour with tons of ideas, problems, and sometimes overthinking.

Just like meditation, writing down my thoughts and ideas helps clarify my thinking and gain new insights.

9. 10,000 Steps

Nature is my greatest teacher.

I get 10,000 steps per day.

I like stacking habits together. I listen to Audible books when I walk in nature.

10. Stay hydrated

Water is essential for my body and mind to function at their best.

I drink a glass of water right after waking up.

11. No sugar

I avoid consuming it in my daily meals, including coffee, tea, cereals.

If I'm craving something sweet, I have a piece of fruit or a small square of dark chocolate.

I feel better than ever.

12. Limit Screen Time

I limit my screen time use to 30min for social media, videos, and other distractions.

I notices some positive side effects

  • reduces exposure to negative news and media.

  • improves mental health by reducing stress and anxiety.

  • creates more time for meaningful activities and hobbies.

  • improve productivity and focus.

Use the app limit on the iPhone. Game changer

13. No notifications

I have turned off all notifications for all apps.

I want to decide when something or someone needs my attention, not the other way around.

Try it and enjoy the freedom. You're welcome.

Find a balance that works for you. Small changes can lead to big results!

That’s a wrap!
